Twice Baked Samosa Potato Bites - Red skin potatoes hollowed and stuffed with a delicious potato, onion and green pea samosa filling, served with cilantro mint chutney.

Roasted Red Pepper-Artichoke Tapenade Crostini - Roasted red peppers blended with artichoke hearts, sunflower seeds, olive oil, garlic and sea salt topped on toasted French baguette.

Tomato-Basil Brushetta - Diced tomatoes tossed with fresh basil, garlic, olive oil and sea salt topped on toasted multi-grain baguette.

Raw Jicama Garlic Bread - Garlicky almond-sunflower pate smeared on jicama slices and dehydrated until tender and buttery.

Spinach and Artichoke Stuffed Mushrooms - Creamy cashew cheese, baby spinach, artichoke hearts, roasted garlic, lemon juice and olive oil stuffed in baby portabella mushrooms and baked until tender.

Black Bean and Vegetable Quesadilla Slices - Black beans, corn, zucchini, mushrooms, bell peppers and onion sauteed and stuffed in a flour tortilla with cashew cheddar cheese, then grilled and sliced, served with guacamole and fresh salsa.
